Managing Director, Lou Ellison C.Eng. M.Sc. MBA. MIEE. MIOA formed NVM Ltd in 1996 following more than 20 years in private consultancy.  NVM undertakes all activities associated with acoustic / noise and vibration issues, taking an integrated approach for the prevention or solution of problems.

In 2000 NVM purchased the operating assets of Vibronoise, the internationally respected noise and vibration company. Vibronoise, based in Cheadle, was globally known for its vibration troubleshooting work with client companies such as Shell Expro, Fujitsu, Ferranti Technologies,  NVM continues this commitment to providing a first class service.

NVM has a wealth of knowledge of both British and International Standards and Codes of Practice. Together with our continuing investment in technology; including computer software and instrumentation, our practical approach to solving problems makes NVM a leader in the field of Noise and Vibration consultancy.

Operating from an office based in North Yorkshire with easy access to the UK motorway network and airports , we aim to provide a professional, prompt and reliable national and international service.
